Brad Edwards

CO-FOUNDER | PARTNER

A nationally recognized word nerd with impact, Brad specializes in message development, delivery, media training, media content production, and speech writing. Brad is one of the most awarded and respected news anchors and investigative reporters in the country, and the first openly gay main anchor in Chicago. His journalistic work, most recently at CBS, freed people from prison, passed laws, and changed policies. He now uses his investigative skillset to help clients. Brad won the nation’s top journalistic honor—the National Edward R. Murrow Award for writing—along with dozens of Emmy Awards, including eight in a row for Best News Writing (2003-2010). In 2019, Brad was named main anchor for CBS Chicago; he later led the station’s digital streaming efforts, becoming primary anchor and storyteller. Brad is also a founding board member of Devices for the Disabled (D4D), a non-profit that repurposes durable medical goods—from walkers to power wheelchairs to customized vans—for thousands of patients in financial need. His news story helped launch the now-international 501(c)(3).
